What is Domo Kamado?

It is a ceramic barbecue of Japanese origin in the shape of a Dome. Thanks to its versatility, ease of use and maintenance, it is increasingly popular among traditional barbecues. With a Kamado, you can roast, smoke and cook all your food, together or separately.

The temperature control is very precise, and the thick ceramic structure allows to effectively retain heat, even for more than 12 hours.

This barbecue also has the advantage of consuming little charcoal.

You can roast at different temperatures, from 60ºC to 400ºC, being able to roast in a traditional way or slowly with the diffuser, with low and controlled temperatures to achieve unique points of tenderness in the meat without drying the meat.

 

With a charge of 2.5kg it can be kept on for up to 21 hours.

BAKE

Our Kamado is an oven that given its characteristics works with more heat below than above. With the refractory pizza stone accessory you can cook delicious pizzas, empanadas or everything you can imagine.

 

Due to its physiognomy Kamado Domo cooks in a similar way to a traditional wood oven but with the characteristic of emitting a more humid heat without drying out the food.

SMOKE

Due to its characteristic design, Kamado Domo distributes the smoke evenly, allowing smoking cold or hot.
